This full-time role offers a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you'll play a key part in keeping our service department efficient and customer-focused. Whether you’re experienced in service operations or a strong communicator with technical curiosity, we provide training and support to help you succeed.

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the Branch Service Manager and Director of Service
• Create and manage service work orders for technicians
• Answer and transfer incoming/outgoing service calls
• Audit technician time cards and job clocks daily
• Schedule and track technician training
• Handle health & safety compliance
• Support the Parts Department (phone & over-the-counter sales)
• Generate reports for service and performance

💰 Compensation:

• Starting Salary Range: $40,000 - 60,000 (depending on experience)
• Performance Bonuses: Available when goals are met

✅ Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in a service or admin role is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills

📅 Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shifts
