What You Will Do:

Manage transportation operations: oversee trucking requests across assigned locations, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Optimize fleet utilization: schedule and prioritize workloads to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

Serve as a central point of contact: support drivers with job assignments, scheduling, and permitting needs.

Ensure regulatory compliance: maintain compliance with all DOT and transportation regulations.

What You Will Need:

Experience: dispatch or transportation coordination experience.

Knowledge of hauling heavy equipment: including construction and agricultural equipment.

Familiarity with DOT regulations: and transportation compliance requirements.

Leadership experience preferred: the ability to manage and develop a team.

Valid work authorization: candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
