The New Dealer Development Manager is responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, new dealer partners for The Toro Company’s Siteworks Division, which specializes in compact construction equipment. This role plays a critical part in expanding market coverage, enhancing customer access, and driving growth through a high-performing dealer network.

Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between $120,000 - 150,000. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
